MuktIsvara is a project started by Isvara and Mukti in 2003. Isvara is
a direct descendant of Genghis Khan and was raised by wolfs in the
steps of Mongolia until he was fifteen, when an ancient mountain
shaman found him and taught him the magic arts of music. He has been
stumbling around in the fifth dimension until he mysteriously appeared
in Times Square with a 15 foot long beard. No one noticed.
Mukti was born in Russia and earned his degree in quantum physics at
the age of thirteen and was hidden by the KGB in the deep tundra. He
served the Soviet government in a secret underground physics
laboratory until we was able to escape to New York. With Isvara's
animal instincts and innate musical talent and Mukti's technical
skills they are able to produce music to conquer dark spirits. Their
shoe sizes are nine and a half and ten respectively.

their beloved Leader Gnome, who is lost somewhere in a funny shaped
state called Texas, they wandered Earth aimlessly in search of something
new, they stomped, danced and created music with a new fangled
technology called.... laptop.... but it did not fill the void, or the
laziness...
The box wine grew low, the future looked bleak. PsiloPsyBens cat
tried to kill Microcosm, Toki went without decent beer at many a gathering,
Robyo was forced to move to the "Ghetto". Scatter was almost always
scared and naked, and Geal was placed in a ward after he lost it and
thought he was Flava Flav... Times were rough.
Then one day a lovely Fairy Psy Mistress came to them with good
tidings. A new baby brother named Saeros,
and a place for them to dance with all their dear friends, a place for
music and artistic endeavors, so with a wave of her
hand, a PSY PARTY WAS BORN!!!

KARL THOMPSON - Words and gibberish
Karl is one sixth of Newcastle's infamous Poetry Vandals, co-director of New Word Order and award winning performance poet. He's had his work published many times in various anthologies, magazines, pamphlets and on line. Along with Scott Tyrrell, he's twice taken the team prize at The City of Culture 2008 poetry slam (Bristol 2002 and Belfast 2004). He's performed extensively through out the UK and in Europe and has appeared at many festivals including The Prague Fringe Festival and Newcastle Green Festival among others. 'The Plexus' is his newest venture, combining his words with the massive musical talent that is:
RALPH STOKES - Music, guitars/effects and noise
Ralph is an up and coming music producer, musician and party head. His musical styles range from ambient dub through to psytrance, waving hello at rock on the way. Ralph has appeared at Newcastle Green festival and other local events and gigs. He's studying music production and life's little pleasures as well as working on a number of other projects with a number of other people and doesn't like talking about himself all that much.
Rob Shamanik (Psybernetix) is also a member of The Plexus.
